The role:

Moovit is looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will help manage the organization’s IT and network infrastructure (mostly SaaS and cloud-based). Key responsibilities include administering system permissions, hardening and provisioning devices, setting up new users, maintaining conference room technology, and resolving daily user support issues, alongside participating in various IT-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the organization's daily IT operations and SaaS infrastructure, providing reliable solutions for ongoing technical needs..
• Continuously evaluate and update IT tools, applications, and workflows to improve efficiency and keep up with company needs..
• Act as tech support, providing technical assistance to employees. Occasional off-hours maintenance may be required, typically planned in advance with options for schedule flexibility 
• Hands-on lead and implement IT projects, such as system rollouts and tool deployments, working closely with DevOps and Security teams. 
• Apply security best practices across all IT platforms, focusing on access control (IAM), device protection, and user permissions.
• Support and maintain office network connectivity and environment, handling hands-on troubleshooting and routine checks.
• Administer Google Workspace (including Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and JumpCloud MDM, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain and manage the IT servers and resources hosted on AWS.
• Oversee, configure, and maintain office technical equipment (including laptops, monitors, and conference room systems), ensuring operational readiness.
• Administer and optimize Zscaler, including ZPA, ZIA, Zero Trust access policies, application access, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist / System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, and SaaS identity/MDM platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Okta, Jamf, Intune).
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting experience with the 7 layers of the OSI model.
• Strong service-oriented mindset with fluent English communication skills.
• Well familiarity with Jira administration and workflow optimization.

Great to Have (not a deal breaker):

• Experience with Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA) or zero-trust architectures.
• Experience administering cloud collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack).
• Scripting skills (Bash or PowerShell).
• Familiarity with AI and workflow tools such as n8n, Okta workflow or similar automation platforms, including APIs, webhooks, workflow troubleshooting, and AI-driven automation.
• Basic familiarity with AWS environment maintenance
