Android Team Lead

JedyApps is a profitable mobile tech company focused on acquiring and scaling Android utility apps. With over 30 live apps and millions of users globally, we operate a high-volume portfolio that demands strong technical leadership and lean execution.

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Android Team Lead to drive development across our portfolio. You’ll own architecture decisions, manage our internal SDK (JedySDK), and lead the end-to-end release process. This role requires technical excellence, team leadership, and a sharp eye for production quality.

Responsibilities

Lead Android architecture and development across multiple live apps
Manage the entire release lifecycle: planning, QA, rollout, Play Store publishing
Integrate and configure JedySDK with different monetization flows
Set and enforce high development standards and scalable code practices
Improve CI/CD automation, monitor Firebase/Play Console for stability
Coordinate with QA, triage bugs, and ensure fast, stable releases
Mentor developers and support team growth as we scale

Requirements:

Requirements

4-5 years of hands-on Android development (Kotlin/Java)
2+ years leading teams or owning delivery pipelines
Strong understanding of Jetpack, MVVM/MVI, DI (Hilt/Dagger), Firebase
Experience with full Play Store release cycle
Excellent coordination and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience managing multiple live apps and SDK integrations
Familiarity with monetization SDKs (AdMob, AppLovin, RevenueCat)
CI/CD experience with Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
