Hybrid up to twice/week.ResponsibilitiesDefining new and replacement components to reduce purchase costs and improve delivery timeChecking the list of components (BOM) of new products and recommending components with advanced technology and long life cycleFinding and testing alternative solutions for EOL componentsManaging and maintaining a central component libraryRequirementsPractical Engineer/Electronics EngineerAt least 5 years of experience as a component engineerExperience with ROHS environmental standardsExperience with Agile softwareKnowledge of the PCB editing process - an advantageIn-depth knowledge of working with suppliers and manufacturers in Israel and worldwideGood control of MS ExcelFull command of Hebrew and EnglishMultitasking, ability to express himself/herself orally and in writing, organizational skills, meeting deadlines, interpersonal communication with a high service standard
