Quality Control (QC) Technician

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our production team at a high-tech company in Rosh HaAyin. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process quality inspections on the production line according to control plans and quality standards. Monitor and document inspection results, including measurements, visual inspections, and functional tests. Inspect parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Identify non-conforming products or processes and escalate quality issues to the line leader and Quality Engineer. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming material inspections, and final product inspections as needed. Work closely with production operators to identify potential quality issues and maintain quality standards. Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Maintain accurate and organized inspection records and quality documentation. Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma is a plus. - 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, including assembly, integration, or similar production activities, with experience performing final inspections and quality control as part of daily work. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. - Strong understanding of basic quality tools and inspection equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, control plans, and work instructions. - Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards is an advantage. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, Microsoft Excel). - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stand for extended periods.
