Information Security Monitoring & Cybersecurity Control

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and manage its Information Security Monitoring and Cybersecurity Control Department.
The role combines strategic vision, professional and technological expertise, people management, and the ability to lead complex, cross-organizational processes in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities-
-Lead the Information Security Monitoring and Cybersecurity Control Department.
-Manage professional teams and team leaders, including the SOC.
- Oversee DLP, Vulnerability Management, and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
- Manage cybersecurity and third-party supply-chain risks.
- Oversee monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Support security solutions for complex business processes.
- Manage security incidents within a 24/7 operational model.

דרישות:
-At least 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, information security, or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing and leading professional teams.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity risk management and the implementation of innovative security solutions.
- In-depth practical experience monitoring hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with information security standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Significant experience with IT infrastructure
- Experience managing a SOC, DLP, Vulnerability Management, CTI, IAM, or cybersecurity risk functions.
- Experience in a financial, insurance, or highly regulated organization.
- Professional certifications such as CISO, CISM, CISSP, or DPO.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, cloud security, identity security, and
third-party risk management
