What You'll Do

- Lead cross-functional business and commercial initiatives.
- Support strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders.
- Drive operational improvements and AI-driven business initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership on key business priorities.
- Take ownership of projects in a highly hands-on environment.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior business, commercial or operations role.
- Background in advertising, media, digital marketing or AdTech.
- Strong commercial mindset and experience leading complex business processes.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong execution abilities.
- Bachelor's degree - mandatory.
