The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a dedicated feature domain within our team. Our platform encompasses a wide range of areas: game and vendor management, payment systems, registration and identity verification (KYC/AML), bonus and rewards systems, third-party integrations, BI and analytics tools, marketing automation, CRM, and more. You'll have the opportunity to specialize in a specific domain or lead cross-functional features – depending on your experience and interests.

*What You'll Do*

Strategy & Planning

· Translate business objectives into a clear roadmap, define MVPs, and set measurable milestones

· Lead in-depth discovery with the design team, build flows and prototypes, and validate solutions with users and stakeholders

Execution & Leadership

· Write product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and clear acceptance criteria, including edge cases and measurement plans

· Work closely with the development team on scoping, estimations, and quality delivery

· Handle blockers in real-time, plan gradual rollouts, and manage feature flags

Measurement & Optimization

· Define success metrics, run A/B experiments, and continuously improve the product based on data

· Prepare demos, write release notes, coordinate UAT and design QA

· Maintain organized documentation and Jira hygiene

Key Responsibilities

· *Problem Framing & Research *– Lead hypothesis-driven discovery aligned with business goals

· *Prioritization Management *– Own the backlog for your domain, across brands and markets

· *Sprint Readiness *– Ensure organized grooming, clear acceptance criteria, test cases, and measurement requirements

· *Cross-Functional Collaboration *– Work seamlessly with engineering, UX, QA, analytics, operations, and compliance teams *Data-Driven Decision Making *– Rely on data, embrace rapid iterations, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders

RequirementsMust Have

· 3-5 years of product management experience with consumer-facing transactional products – from online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce

· Proven ability to write high-quality specs and lead features end-to-end

· Strong analytical skills – experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar; comfortable with dashboards and Excel (basic SQL - advantage)

· Technical literacy – understanding of APIs, BFF, microservices, event tracking, and basic CI/CD awareness

· Proficiency with tools: Jira, Figma, Confluence, Miro/FigJam

· Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

· Available for work in Israel

Strong Advantage

· Domain experience in iGaming/online gaming – familiarity with Responsible Gaming, KYC/AML, bonus systems, and vendor integrations

· Experience with Headless CMS, affiliate/attribution platforms or Apache NiFi

· Experience working with geographically distributed teams

· Ukrainian/Russian speaker
