We work on driver-assistance technology that enables hands-free driving in 95% percent of all driving scenarios. A door-to-door hands-free driving technology that will enable GM’s goal of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion.

We're looking for a technical program manager who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of program outputs and products by managing a diverse portfolio of projects. This role involves coordinating various teams and aligning cross-functional business and technical teams to meet project goals and resolve conflicting priorities.

What will YOU do?

Responsible for ensuring that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates

Continuously monitor and report on project status

Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements

Investigate and document complex business processes

Prepare presentations for various levels of leadership

Coordinate the input and approval of various project design and decision documents

Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities

Additional Job Description

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Over 5 Years of experience of project management.

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various functions, business units, and organizational levels.

Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.

Previous experience in a leadership role with responsibility for cross-functional team coordination.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
