Book keeper

Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper

The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.

Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
Review and record employees reimbursement expenses (including travel
expense reports).
End of month accounts reconciliations for books closing
Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cut-off accounts.
Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Payment for authorities and social costs
Preparation for annual external audit

Requirements:

Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge is compulsory- Type 3 is an
advantage.
3+ years bookkeeping experience - a multi-national company or CPA office is an advantage
High-level English (both spoken and written) and Hebrew.
Experience working with Priority/Zoon software an advantage.
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
