The Team
A&M Cyber is building a high-impact Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Tel Aviv to deliver executive-grade cyber resilience for global enterprises. The team blends adversarial insight, cyber crisis experience, and expertise across diverse enterprise environments, to translate complex technical findings into business-aligned action, supported by automation, standardised methodologies, and rigorous quality assurance. You will join a high‑performing, growth‑oriented group that values curiosity, rigor, and practical impact. We operate with a flat structure, empower ownership, and expect managers to lead from the front - scoping engagements, shaping delivery, and mentoring practitioners.
We are seeking a Manager focused on Enterprise Security and Cyber Maturity to help shape our newly established Cybersecurity CoE in Tel Aviv. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing cohort; define and enforce global operational standards; and deliver consistent, client-ready outcomes that strengthen cyber readiness and resilience for enterprise clients worldwide. You will distil complex operational findings into clear narratives and executive-grade deliverables, aligning engagements to realistic adversary TTPs, regional regulations, and business priorities.
How you will contribute
Lead complex client engagements and workshops, including hands-on activities to establish baseline posture and iteratively improve controls and processes.
Produce concise, executive-grade storyline decks, visualizations, and options analyses; present findings and prioritized remediation to security teams and in executive forums.
Recommend initiatives and sequenced roadmaps to enhance cyber resilience; support clients to drive measurable improvement across their environments.
Plan and execute best-practice posture assessments across diverse enterprise environments, aligned to critical business processes.
Develop questionnaires, automation pipelines, and tradecraft playbooks; standardize global methodologies and QA gates to accelerate quality and scale.
Institute assessment standards; ensure secure handling of artifacts and sensitive data in line with regional regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies; contribute to proposals, marketing collateral, and whitepapers.
Evaluate, design, and implement automation frameworks, intelligent operations, and AI-driven workflows to optimize delivery efficiency and time-to-action.
Recruit, mentor and build a team of cybersecurity consultants specializing in enterprise security.
Qualifications
5 - 8+ years’ hands-on enterprise security experience with direct client delivery; mastery of cyber frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) and regulations (e.g., NIS2, DORA, SEC, GDPR, etc.).
Consulting experience with international/enterprise clients.
Proven team leadership, building and managing teams of 5 - 10+ professionals.
Demonstrated success leading high-performance security teams; experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary talent across regions.
Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; proven record designing and executing security architecture at global scale across cloud/SaaS and enterprise contexts.
Close collaboration history with IR, Threat Intelligence and Adversarial Tactics; ability to convert threat led insights into detection content and control improvements with measurable outcomes.
Language: Professional proficiency in English; Hebrew proficiency advantageous.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive briefings; adept at aligning technical findings to business risk.
Right to work: Authorization to work in Israel. Willingness to travel for client needs (periodic, as required).
