Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects, programs, and portfolios in the domains of Security, IT, Reliability, and DevOps. This role involves close collaboration with the CIO, CTO, and other senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery, process improvement, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership - Lead large-scale projects, programs, and portfolios that span organizational boundaries, collaborating closely with the CIO, CTO, and key technical stakeholders.
Project Execution - Develop and manage execution plans focusing on the regular, timely delivery of business value.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with senior leadership (CIO, CTO, etc.) and other stakeholders across Security, IT, Architecture, and DevOps to align project objectives and outcomes.
Process Implementation - Define, implement, and track key processes that ensure project objectives are met, emphasizing continuous improvement.
Risk Management - Identify project risks, including production stability, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and continuous service availability.
Communication - Provide clear, concise, and transparent updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels, from technical teams to executives.
Conflict Resolution - Address and resolve conflicts arising during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal deviations from project timelines.
Methodology Development - Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of project management methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with internal teams (Development, Security, IT, Architecture, etc.) and external partners, coordinating across multiple integration points.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven hands-on experience in leading complex cross-company R&D projects in a complex environment.
Strong "can-do" mindset with the ability to drive projects, programs, and portfolios to completion in a fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated ability to facilitate and organize projects collaboratively, working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in defining and implementing processes that drive efficiency and project success.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile project management and collaboration tools, specifically the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira).
