Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer, Annapurna Labs IC Q&R

Annapurna Labs, as part of AWS, is looking for a Senior Product IC Q&R Engineer to join the team and lead the Q&R activities for our Nitro and Graviton product lines which enable the success of AWS.

As a senior product IC Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Annapurna Labs' semiconductor products meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include establishing Design-for-Quality and Reliability (DFQR) during product design, developing reliability validation (RV) plans and DOEs, conducting product qualification and RV, support debug of qualification failures, and executing reliability modeling, analysis, and reporting.

In this role you will have end-to-end exposure to Annapurna's products, from semiconductor production flows and semiconductor testing methodolorgies to the operation of these products in the field.

Key job responsibilities

You will work with the design team to implement DFQR (design for quality and reliability) and DFRT (design for reliability testing) requirements for Annapurna Labs products.

You will evaluate Q&R risks, prepare reliability validation plans to mitigate them and work with multiple stakeholders to execute the reliability validation for Annapurna Labs products.

You will support Annapurna Labs production by qualifying new technologies, vendors and materials which enables Annapurna Labs leadership in AWS datacenters.

About the team

Annapurna Labs Q&R group in Haifa consist of several teams that support both IC level and card level Q&R.

The IC Q&R team supports product qualification, ensures the quality of Annapurna Labs supplier and work with customers to ensure the high quality of the products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience taping out chips that have gone into high volume production
Experience developing products for volume production
Experience delivering products to volume production
7+ years of experience in semiconductor quality and reliability
Knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing and FA, reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals
Knowledge of Semiconductor Q&R related tests and stresses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with SOC bring-up and post-silicon validation
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, processes, technologies and key suppliers
Knowledge of statistics and probability
Experience with industry standard tools and scripting languages (Python or Perl) for automation
