SAP Tier 1 Support

We are looking for an experienced SAP Support specialist to join the Business Systems team at a leading company.

*What will you do?*
* Provide Level 1 (Tier 1) SAP support, including troubleshooting, user permissions management, and implementation of new processes.
* Work closely with global business analysts to resolve issues and implement system changes.
* Manage global IT requests and track their resolution for local users.
* Participate in global initiatives and lead their implementation locally.
* Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO13485, ISO27001).

*Job Requirements*
* 3+ years of experience working with SAP in a Key User or support role, with expertise in at least two of the following modules: PP / MM / SD / FI – Mandatory.
* Experience in an industrial organization in manufacturing or sales – Mandatory.
* High-level English proficiency – Mandatory.
* Experience in medical or regulated industries (e.g., defense) – Strong advantage.
* Experience in user access and authorization management – Advantage.
* Relevant academic degree or professional SAP training – Advantage.
