About Us
Second Nature is a cutting-edge AI platform transforming how sales and customer service teams learn and practice. We use advanced conversational AI to deliver immersive training experiences at scale. We’re passionate about quality, innovation, and building products that truly make a difference.
We are now looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and help ensure our product meets the highest standards of performance, stability, and user experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2–3 years of manual testing experience in SaaS and web applications. In this role, you will own the quality of our platform end-to-end: identifying defects, validating functionality, designing test scenarios, and working closely with developers and product managers.
This position is ideal for someone who is strong in manual QA but eager to grow into automation. You will have the opportunity to learn and eventually work with tools like Playwright and modern testing frameworks as part of your career path with us.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of our web application to ensure features work as intended and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Review requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design effective test cases.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and regression suites.
• Test features across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee consistent behavior.
• Log detailed, actionable bug reports and track issues through resolution.
• Work closely with developers during the release cycle to validate fixes and verify quality.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute QA insights to improve product planning.
• Document testing processes, scenarios, and results to support internal stakeholders.
• (Growth path) Collaborate with the engineering team to gradually introduce automated tests and improve test coverage.
