The Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Power BIDeveloper to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. In this role, you’ll lead all dashboard design projects across the company and play a key part in turning data into smart, visual business insights. You’ll work closely with business unit managers and FP&A analysts to build dashboards that help shape strategic decisions. How You’ll Spend Your Day
Own and lead all dashboard design projects company-wide
Collaborate with business unit leaders and FP&A analysts to understand needs and build tailored visual solutions
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable visuals
Combine and model data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
Ensure accuracy, performance, and usability of all dashboards
Document BI solutions and follow best practices throughout the process
Your Experience and Qualifications
4+ Years of hands-on experience designing dashboards and reports in Power BI
Proven strong data visualization skills – you know how to make data talk
Deep knowledge of Big Query and Power BI Service (Gateways, Workspaces, etc.)
Comfortable working with large datasets and optimizing performance
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A true team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
