We are looking for a Global Total Rewards Expert to play a key role supporting the implementation of the global rewards frameworks, communicating the global guidelines for local Compensation & Benefits policies, and Collaborate intensively with global stakeholders.

As a Cognyter you will:

Lead the annual compensation process.
Create and validate benchmarks using global surveys to support the company’s rewards strategy.
Run rewards initiatives, projects, and processes.
Perform advanced analysis of rewards data.
Support People BPs with rewards related issues

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

At least 5 years of professional experience in Total Rewards in-company role.
Able to take ownership on multiple projects with rapidly shifting priorities and capable of self-management.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) - a must
Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and ability to scale up.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Experience working in a global multi-cultural organization – a must.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (preferably in SuccessFactors)- advantage
