Finance Assistant

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our growing Finance department

What will I be doing?

Air Doctor is looking for a finance coordinator to maintain our financial operations with medical providers, customers and affiliates, including medical invoice processing and payments, customer and affiliate billing, and related reconciliations as needed.

Job requirements

High-level English – both written and spoken
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Attention to detail and highly organized, but also able to understand the big picture
Easily adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience working in a global company – benefit
