About the Role

Riskified's Finance team is hiring a Finance Operation Analyst to join our fast-growing company. In this role, You will be responsible for planning and analyzing the company's financials to ensure accurate recording and enable educated decision-making, and ongoing monitoring. Working with various teams on controls and accounting infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth and expansion. What You'll Be Doing
Generate target vs. actual analysis, investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers.
Provide support for the annual planning and financial forecasting processes.
Prepare presentations and analyses for senior management on a quarterly and monthly basis.
Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls to comply with legislation.
Support the current process of the monthly billing cycle.
Ensure that detailed accounting documentation is compiled and maintained in support of relevant legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
Assist finance with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience as a Finance Operations Analyst/Business Analyst/Finance Analyst or similar role
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA and/or CPA is a big advantage)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge
Strong presentation skills and the ability to create sophisticated, informative presentations with minimal guidance and supervision.
Experience with Tableau (big advantage)
Prior experience in high-tech industry/start-up company (big advantage)
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong collaborative team worker
Strong English skills - both oral and written - MUST
