Requirements:

Experience in HR operations or a similar role - advantage
Hands-on experience with SAP, SuccessFactors - advantage
High Proficiency in Excel - a must
Fluent in English - a must
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Who we are looking for:

A detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting both daily HR operations and ongoing projects.

What you will do:

Manage and maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy
Support HRBP with the administration of core employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status)
Contractors management
Maintain HR templates, policies and processes to support HR teams
Support compensation activities (salary surveys, comp process)
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting
Support compliance and HR policy administration to ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations
Support Learning and Development activities and processes
Support local benefits
