What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a passionate Principal Engineer/AI Architect for our core NLP-AI team. With a wide array of responsibilities and corresponding impact, you’ll help spearhead our product offering and wear multiple hats at a fast-growing, dynamic, early-stage company.
Requirements:
10+ years of Python or equivalent programming experience
At least 3 years of experience as an architect/principal engineer
3-4 years of experience with building ML or LLM-based applications in production
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Team player with a positive and fun attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capacity to work in a fast-changing environment
Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing, and performance requirements
Advantages:
Masters degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement products that incorporate Generative AI, Knowledge Retrieval, prompt engineering for LLMs and RAG, in order to help patients across the US.
Build an internal tools system to allow scientific evaluation.
Maintain and evolve a product with high load and scale.
Implement and lead new AI strategies by building complex functionality and/or integrating with 3rd parties.
Continuously improve our existing NLU capabilities that help patients across the US answer any question (QA), schedule appointments with their doctor, refill their prescriptions, and much more.
Write clear code with clean architecture, good design patterns and testing strategy.
