We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This position serves as the sole bookkeeper for the Israeli and U.S. entities. The position is based at our HQ in Kibbutz Glil-Yam (near Herzliya), with four days a week on-site and one day working from home.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s full bookkeeping activities for the Israeli and U.S. entities:

Accounts Payable - process invoices and credit card transactions, prepare payment runs, manage vendors, and handle Israeli tax exemptions for foreign vendors.
Accounts Receivable – issue invoices to customers.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
Handle VAT reporting and compliance.
Support the month-end close process, including vendor reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Handle payments and reporting to tax authorities and social security institutions.
Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 – mandatory, Type 3 – an advantage).
At least 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with foreign vendors in English.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems – mandatory; SAP (S/4HANA) – an advantage.
Experience in hi-tech or multinational companies – an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
