The Role

We are looking for an experienced, visionary, and execution-oriented Head of Product to lead our product strategy and execution across all our brands. As a key member of the company’s executive management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring we continue to deliver world-class travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Serve as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to high-level business strategy and organizational growth.
• Product Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product vision for Black Rabbit’s local and international brands.
• Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and initiatives based on business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Product Leadership: Own product competitiveness by continuously benchmarking against market alternatives and ensuring our product leads the market in technology and user experience.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user research to iterate on products and optimize the booking funnel.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage modern technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the travel-tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management. 
• 2 years in a leadership role (Head of Product, Product Lead, or similar) - Advantage
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to build and scale products from the ground up and think like a business owner.
• Conversion Funnels: Deep expertise in optimizing end-to-end customer experiences and conversion funnels.
• UI-UX: Proven experience leading user interface for digital products, with a deep understanding of user behavior.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with complex technical integrations and high-scale platforms.
• Communication: Fluent English and Hebrew, with the ability to articulate complex product visions to both stakeholders and technical teams.
• Mindset: A "get-things-done" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, youthful, and dynamic environment.
