As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Marketing Director to join our leadership team, partner closely with the CEO, and turn our growth strategy into results on the ground.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing leader who can execute as well as strategize.

Working as a close partner to the CEO, you will be responsible for translating company strategy into concrete marketing action — leading customer acquisition, CRM, lifecycle marketing, e-commerce performance and Go-to-Market execution, while partnering closely with Product, R&D, Data and Commercial teams.

This is very much a hands-on leadership role: you will personally drive execution, not just define direction — building and optimizing the marketing capabilities that support the company's growth, and rolling up your sleeves alongside your team.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive sustainable and profitable business growth — and is a strong path toward growing into the CMO role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on partner to the CEO in executing the company's growth strategy day to day.
• Own customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term customer value.
• Lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, playing a key role in growth and expansion initiatives.
• Own e-commerce performance end to end: conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, personalization and customer retention.
• Build and scale the company's core marketing capabilities, including customer acquisition, CRM, lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
• Turn customer and market insights into commercial growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Product, R&D, Data and Commercial teams to improve conversion, customer experience and business performance.
• Define, measure and optimize the marketing KPIs that drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience leading marketing teams, in B2C and e-commerce; experience spanning both B2C and technology companies is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce performance: conversion optimization, A/B testing, customer retention and related metrics.
• Strong expertise in customer acquisition, CRM, lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience working in a multinational environment, with familiarity across diverse markets.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and customer journeys.
• Strong commercial, analytical and data-driven mindset.
• A truly hands-on approach — comfortable combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Travel, Travel Tech, Marketplace or Consumer Tech.
• Experience in both technology companies and consumer brands.
• Experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
