Areas of Responsibility:

• Communication with airline companies
• Close collaboration with all departments of the company
• Shift-based work, including weekends
• Ability to communicate fluently and efficiently in both Hebrew and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box

Job Requirements:

• Experience with systems such as: GDS, Travel Booster, ALP – advantage
• Experience in the tourism industry
• High-level technological proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a customer-facing role
• Ability to express oneself both verbally and in writing at a high level
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
