About the role

Lead the WW Service Parts reverse supply chain process improvements

Key responsibilities:

Responsibility for defining and implementing the reverse supply chain process
Manage E2E special returns request process
Leading Cross-functional projects for reverse SC improvements and optimizations
Mange interface with various functions (R&D, WWRC, Repair supplier & Suppliers)
Defines and reviews reverse SC performance metrics regularly & identifies opportunities for improvement
Create data solutions to improve and automate the repair processes

What will be your key responsibilities?

B.SC in Industrial engineering
2+ years of experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain
Communicate effectively in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments
Strong Analytical skills, logical capabilities, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking
Good presentation skills
Project management experience - multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
Proactive approach, innovative, open-minded, collaborative, and a team player
Multi-tasking and self-learning capabilities
BI-data analysis abilities – Advantage
