Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead

We’re looking for a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead to join our outsourcing division and lead a team of tech recruiters. What will you do? Manage a team of 6–7 recruitment coordinators Provide professional leadership: prioritize open positions, allocate workload, and offer ongoing support for daily challenges Train, mentor, and guide new recruiters while ensuring continuous knowledge sharing within the team Take responsibility for meeting recruitment goals and conducting regular performance reviews Manage monthly tracking reports and present recruitment status updates Why join us?
