Marketing Designer

Our in-house Design department is seeking a talented and experienced Creative and Marketing Designer to join our team.

As a Marketing Designer, You will collaborate with different teams across the company and work closely with our marketing team to create compelling graphics and visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. You will be responsible for creating visuals that will be used across all marketing channels.

This role will report directly to our Creative and Art Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual presentation and design language of our brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the overall brand's visual language, ensuring consistent application across all media and marketing materials.
Design compelling newsletters that engage and inform our existing customers while attracting new clientele.
Create innovative designs for acquisition ads, optimizing visual appeal and effectiveness for various advertising platforms.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute art and storyboards for multimedia advertising campaigns.
Ensure alignment of all visual designs with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
Work under the guidance of the Creative and Art Director to bring creative concepts to life, from initial sketch to final execution.
Provide creative input and suggestions to continually improve design standards and brand identity.
Monitor design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep skills and designs up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign). familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of color, composition, and typography.
Proven track record of designing across multiple platforms, including digital, creative ads, print, and social media.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams.
Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.

Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
