The local company develop and manufacture innovative surgical solutions by delivering healing, stop bleeding, bone fusion, and leakage prevention products for surgeries, as well as treatment of auto-immune diseases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis and Maintenance of Business Performance Management and KPIs:

· Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data.

· Support the maintenance and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Contribute to the preparation of performance dashboards and reports for upper management.

Support in Management Portfolio of Projects:

· Aid in the tracking and documentation of project statuses.

· Assist in the coordination and communication of project activities across departments.

· Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.

Support in Process Improvement and Lean Activities:

· Assist in identifying and analysing process improvement opportunities.

· Support the implementation of Lean methodologies (JJPS) to enhance operational efficiency.

· Participate in Lean activities and trainings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Driving Digital Transformation:

· Take an active role in digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation.

· Support the development and implementation of digital tools and technologies.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

1. Registered student in Industrial and Management Engineering, Information Systems student or with an equivalent engineering degree with at least three years till graduation

2. Availability for two full days and two half days is a must (the position is Hybrid)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

· High-level self-learning and working independently, ability to work cooperatively with coworkers

· Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

· Project management processes and methodologies knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Working knowledge of Excel include pivot tables, formulas, VBA and power pivot would be an added advantage

· Excellent self-learning capabilities, "Can-do" attitude, and creativity.

· Ability to work with multiple interfaces.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
