Job DescriptionLead all aspects of our product feedback project - from daily projects to the overall strategic outlookDrive the development of the project’s workflows and procedures to help Wix teams get the most out of interactions with their usersIdentify potential Wix users who are relevant for our internal teams to meet withMaintain and develop relationships with all team stakeholders (Product, UX, Dev, etc.) to understand and translate needs into actionDo your research and then prioritize and implement improvements continuously to product feedback services to best suit the needs of our growing organizationQualificationsA Project Manager with 2+ years of experience and a track record of managing user-centric initiativesCustomer-facing experience that allows you to understand and address user needsYou're a tech-savvy and independent learner with the ability to lead a project from A to ZYou’re highly organized and focused and can manage large workloads while seamlessly supporting your teammates on their projects when neededYou’re a team player who doesn’t shy away from backend or logistical tasks that are for the benefit of the teamYou speak and write fluently in English and can explain complex topics clearly and concisely, as well as adjust your tone depending on your audienceYou’re a creative problem solver who’s able to collaborate with others to drive successYou have a natural talent for understanding people’s pain points and translating them into product needsProduct management, usability testing, UI/UX, or web development experience - an advantageAdditional InformationWix Elevate is the meeting point for our employees with our thriving global user community.
