What you will do?

Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, ensuring system functionality, security, and reliability.
Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user requests efficiently.
Manage user setup, permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings.
Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts to align with business processes.
Ensure data integrity through regular maintenance, deduplication, and data import/export processes.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights for teams.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.

What you have?

1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience with user management, permissions, Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Management.
Ability to troubleshoot user issues, provide training, and ensure a smooth user experience.
Knowledge of data import/export tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
