Assistant Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Controller for a global and stable company to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:

Preparing the quarterly and annual financial statements (including transfer pricing, FX, and intercompany reconciliations) in accordance with IFRS.
Preparing the annual tax reports.
Monitoring the accounting procedures (processes) and internal controls (ISOX).
Preparing monthly reports for regulatory requirements (ISA).
Assistance with the preparation of the group budgets or forecasts.
Monitoring and analyzing actual results vs. budget.

Requirements

Licensed CPA, BIG 5 audit experience – a Must
Extensive knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) – a Must
High level English – a Must
Familiarity with the SAP/NetSuite system – an Advantage
