Position: IT Team Manager

Location: Israel

Experience: 2-3 years of team management, preferably in a Microsoft environment, andexperience with Help Desk (HD), system management, and team leadership. Previousexperience in a forex company is a signicant bonus.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of at least 4 IT professionals, providing guidance,support, and mentorship to ensure team success.

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including Help Desk support, systemmaintenance, and troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment.

Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and align technologysolutions with business objectives.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhanceeciency and security.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, recommendinginnovative solutions to improve IT infrastructure and processes.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, andcontinuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related eld. 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably leading a team in a

Microsoft environment. Prociency in Help Desk operations, system management, and IT project

management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience in a forex company is highly desirable. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced,

deadline-driven environment.
