Technical Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional development projects and ensure successful delivery of business and customer commitments.

The Project Manager serves as the primary coordination point between Product, R&D, Hardware, Software, QA, and Application Engineering teams. In this role, you will build and manage project plans, drive execution, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility to stakeholders and management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to drive alignment across multiple teams while maintaining focus on commitments, priorities, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional development projects, with accountability for achieving the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
• Translate product requirements and business goals into clear project plans, milestones, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Drive alignment, collaboration, and decision-making across Product, R&D, Software, Algorithms, Hardware, QA, and Application Engineering teams, as well as key business stakeholders.
• Lead execution across multiple teams without direct managerial authority, ensuring accountability, commitment, and timely delivery of project objectives.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, constraints, and gaps to keep projects on track and enable successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations to management and senior leadership while promoting transparency, ownership, and effective stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field
• Master's degree (M.Sc., MBA, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business Administration, or a related field - Advantage
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role within a technology organization
• Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary development projects involving software, hardware, algorithms, and system integration -Must
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, from concept through release - Must
• Experience working with Agile and hybrid development methodologies- Must
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration and release management processes -Must
• Experience in inspection systems, machine vision, imaging, semiconductor equipment, or other complex engineering products - Advantage
• Experience working in both large, process-driven organizations (e.g., Semiconductor, Defense, or similar industries) and smaller, fast-paced technology companies
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification - Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and confidently participate in engineering discussions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
