We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Controller to spearhead this pivotal role at Oversee.

Join our rapidly expanding global organization and embrace a key financial position. Moreover, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to shape and execute Oversee's financial strategic initiatives.

Your Impact:

Work closely with the Head of Finance on investor relations documents and reports, fundraising documents, and board updates (deck/summaries/reports).
Summarize findings on the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management, external auditors, and BOD
Preparing annual financial statements and Tax reports
Responsible for month-end close process, revenue recognition, and consolidated financial reporting.
Assist with the daily ongoing financial operation tasks as cash flow management, payroll, account payables, etc
Oversee invoicing collections and account receivables process
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of both short- and long-range financial forecasts and budgets, including: Creating detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives

Requirements

About you:

2-3 years of finance experience ,CPA after internship with Big 4 experience (preferably in a Hi-Tech department)

Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the highest standards of accuracy.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.
Excellent command of the English language, both in written and spoken communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working as a strategy/business consultant - advantage.
