R&D PMO Intern

HP Indigo is the leading player in the digital printing industry, with the broadest portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and is one of the largest exporters in Israel. Indigo is a full-stack company – we do R&D, Manufacturing of both presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat), Marketing, Sales, and field service.

Our R&D team is looking for a talented PMO.

Responsibilities:

Be part of R&D PMO department

Practice planning & control and project management routines in R&D Program and Lab level- resource management, budget control, KPIs, etc.

Participate in process improvement projects: identify Program\ cross R&D improvement potential, define the problem and solution and lead the implementation.

Key player in LPPD (Lean Product and Process Development) implementation within the R&D - apply routines, tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g A3, VSM).

Provide analysis and BI solutions for data visualization and data driven decision making.

Requirements:

3rd year student in B.sc in industrial & management/ information systems or relevant field

Strong interpersonal skills and resistance management capabilities

Capability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Basic MS office skills – excel, power point, outlook

Experience in data analysis and Tableau \ power query– advantage

Fluency in English
