NOC Engineer

Description:

We are

At Cross River, we're building the financial infrastructure that powers global innovation. With our cutting-edge suite of embedded payments, cards, and lending solutions, we enable millions of businesses and consumers to transact seamlessly and securely.

With 900+ employees worldwide and an R&D center of over 160 employees in Jerusalem - we’re reshaping how financial technology is developed and delivered. .

As a NOC Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for Cross River's production environment — the person who spots incidents and ensures our platforms stay stable. You'll monitor and triage events across our full technology stack, from infrastructure to application level, owning each incident end-to-end: detecting, assessing severity, resolving where possible, and escalating with clear context when needed. You'll work closely with SRE, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams, building real operational knowledge of how payments, lending, and card-processing systems behave in production. This role is designed as a launchpad — for engineers who show initiative and growth, it opens a clear path into Software Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure.

We are looking for a NOC Engineer at the start of their technical career — a current student, recent graduate, or early-career technologist with genuine curiosity about how large systems work and what happens when they break. You do not need years of NOC experience. You need to be organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely interested in solving problems rather than just routing them.

You are a self-learner who picks up new technology quickly and does not stop at the surface of a problem. You are comfortable being hands-on, you ask why something failed rather than only that it failed, and you look for better ways to do things instead of only following the procedure in front of you.
