We are looking for a go-getting marketing manager with a background in B2B technology marketing. The Marketing Manager will support our marketing team across various initiatives, with responsibility for event management, digital marketing support, social media, and marketing operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities effectively, and has a passion for all aspects of marketing. You will be part of – and work closely with an experienced close knit and supportive marketing team.
This position is full-time, hybrid, in our offices in Herzliya.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets
Track and report event metrics and ROI
Identify strategic event opportunities aligned with company goals
Marketing operations
Support the marketing team with HubSpot operations including form setup, gated and ungated landing page setup, email sequencing, newsletter management
Webinar setup
Dashboard set up and reporting
Digital Marketing
Work closely with the digital marketing manager and demand gen manager on digital marketing campaigns across digital channels including email marketing, paid digital, ABM, social media,
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies while focusing on key accounts and high-value prospects, aligning campaigns with overall business goals.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience working in a global B2B hi-tech company
Familiarity and experience with digital marketing strategies: email marketing, social media, paid digital, and ABM
Proven knowledge and experience with Hubspot, including landing page setup, newsletter sequencing and setup, advantage to familiarity with SFDC
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented and highly organized with strong executive skills
Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
