*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Corporate Strategy Director to lead our strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and corporate development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic vision, identifying growth opportunities, and driving key strategic projects across the organization.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop, refine, and execute the company's overall corporate strategy and long-term strategic plan.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
* Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including market entry, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new business ventures.
* Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to align strategic goals with operational plans.
* Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
* Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, track performance against key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
