We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team.

You'll work closely with, finance teams, external service providers, and employees, becoming a trusted advisor on payroll effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Deliver accurate, timely payroll: Process monthly payroll for multiple Siemens entities in Israel ensuring every employee receives correct compensation on schedule.
Manage payroll data & approvals: validate HR data submissions.
Stay compliant Keep current with Israeli payroll regulations and tax law changes, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

What Will Make Your Candidacy Stand Out

Payroll Accounting Certificate
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline
Deep expertise in Israeli payroll operations – solid understanding of local tax regulations and legislative requirements
Consistent track record of deadline-oriented delivery with meticulous attention to quality and detail
Fluency in English and Hebrew – strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with HILAN – familiarity with Israel's national payroll system and submission processes
