AI Engineer

We are expanding our AI engineering capabilities and looking for a Senior AI / Agentic Systems Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced agentic systems that solve real-world engineering and operational challenges.

This role combines hands-on software engineering, LLM systems design, MLOps, and platform thinking. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and customers to build scalable AI-driven solutions that move beyond experimentation into reliable production environments.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications or agentic systems in production environments.

Strong experience with Python backend development.

Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or custom agent orchestration systems.

Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and model evaluation methodologies.

Experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and distributed architectures.

Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure AI-driven systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in customer-facing technical environments.
