Order Management Specialist

Description:

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle and outdoor helmets, is looking for an experienced and talented Order Management Specialist to join our operations department.

This position plays a key role in our global operations, managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process and ensuring excellent customer service. The role works closely with customers, warehouses, EMS partners, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution, inventory availability, and on-time delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Order Management & Customer Fulfillment

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through delivery.
• Review and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and shipment status while proactively communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer inquiries and resolve order fulfillment and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely execution and effective issue resolution.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

• Serve as the main operational interface with global warehouses to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory flow.
• Monitor delivery performance and drive resolution of logistics and shipping-related issues.
• Manage and monitor special operational activities and shipments.

EMS & Supply Management

• Manage daily operational activities with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners.
• Monitor supply availability and material readiness to support customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, and EMS vendors to mitigate shortages and supply constraints.
• Support inventory allocation and availability decisions during supply challenges.

Systems & Data Management

• Manage interfaces between order platforms and ERP systems (Priority).
• Ensure accurate order, inventory, and shipment data across company systems.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and data integrity activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end order fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI and logistics reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Priority.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
