Product Manager – Off-Road Vehicles & Safety

Cardo Systems is the market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and outdoor helmets. We build rugged, beautifully engineered products that blend embedded software, audio, and connectivity into experiences riders love.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our off-road vehicles and safety products. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raanana/from home), reporting to the VP, PM.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of Cardo ORV products (50%) and Safety solutions (50%) from inception through strategic planning, development, and end-of-life.
• Roadmap & Documentation: Create and maintain MRDs and PRDs for both domains. Contribute to roadmap planning and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business owner, Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to prioritize requirements based on customer insights and market trends.
• Development Leadership: Drive multidisciplinary product development for ORV and Safety lines according to the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the entire product range. Resolve critical issues throughout the lifecycle. Lead in-depth understanding of the competition and positioning of the products.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively interface with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and alignment across both product areas.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Management within a high-tech B2C/multidisciplinary company.
• Strong product management, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Background in automotive, Off-Road Vehicles, or safety technologies is a strong plus.
• Passion for powersports and a motorcycle license are advantages.
• B.Sc. in Engineering/Computer Science; BA/MBA in Business or Marketing is a plus.
• Background in consumer electronics development processes is a plus.
