Cardo Systems, the global leader in wireless communication for motorcycle, ski & bicycle helmets, is seeking a Product Manager – Mobile Applications to join its Product Management department. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raanana/from home), reporting to the VP, PM.
Role Overview:
The Product Manager for Cardo mobile applications is the single point of ownership for the entire product lifecycle - combining high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
In this role, you will define and drive the product roadmap, own feature definition, and work closely with development, design, and business teams to deliver innovative, user-centric mobile experiences. The role requires balancing inbound (requirements, definition, execution) and outbound (market analysis, go-to-market, stakeholder communication) responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the vision and long-term strategy for Cardo’s mobile applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
- Roadmap Ownership:
Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear, prioritized product roadmap. Balance high-level planning with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Feature Definition & Execution:
Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and market research. Translate these into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Be hands-on in defining, refining, and validating features throughout the development cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of features and releases. Facilitate communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Market & User Research:
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis. Gather user feedback and analyze app usage data to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Communication:
Support go-to-market activities, including launch planning, marketing, and sales enablement. Clearly communicate product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track product KPIs and user engagement metrics. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize the product.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Proven ability to manage both inbound (requirements, definition, execution) and outbound (market, go-to-market) product activities.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
