Call Center Sales Training & Performance Manager

We are looking for a Call Center Sales Training & Performance Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about developing people, driving sales excellence and creating real business impact.

Your job is to improve sales performance, develop sales representatives and implement sales processes across Pango's sales contact centers.

• Lead the implementation of sales processes and performance improvement initiatives while working closely with sales representatives across Pango's sales contact centers throughout Israel.
• Build, improve and implement high-quality sales scripts and sales methodologies.
• Lead initiatives to improve sales quality and customer interactions.
• Define sales KPIs and targets, analyze performance reports and trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through innovation, automation and AI tools.
• Coach, train and support the professional development of sales representatives.

• 5 years of experience in sales call center environments within leading companies in Israel.
• At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between Pango's sales sales call centers across Israel (e.g Arad\Shafram\Ashdod etc...).
• Proven experience improving sales performance through coaching, mentoring and training others.
• Experience building, improving and implementing sales scripts and sales methodologies.
• Experience working with sales KPIs, targets, reports and CRM systems.
• Strong ability to influence, engage and drive change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, people-oriented approach.
• Highly proactive, independent and able to lead initiatives from end to end.
• Passion for innovation, technology and AI.
