Founded in Tel Aviv in 2016, UVeye is a computer vision and data company that creates automatic vehicle inspection systems to encourage road safety and increase transparency across the automotive industry. With key partnerships including General Motors, Volvo, and CarMax among others, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, security checkpoints, and more.
With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, security checkpoints, and more. Our growing global team of over 250 employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our IT team in the Tel Aviv office.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Own day-to-day IT support - hardware, software, connectivity, and AV issues with a focus on fast, thorough resolution and clear communication with end users
- Manage device provisioning and onboarding: JumpCloud enrollment, Okta user setup, and laptop configuration across Mac, Windows, and Linux, ensuring every new hire is fully operational from day one
- Support and maintain conference room AV systems - PTZ cameras, mixers, microphones, displays, and speaker setups and create user guides so employees can run their own meetings confidently
- Maintain and document server room infrastructure: cable mapping, backup appliance inventory, DGX GPU server maintenance, and network hardware (access points, switches, firewalls)
- Coordinate and execute scheduled maintenance windows for critical infrastructure, including DGX server upgrades, network changes, and cabling projects — planning carefully to minimize business impact
- Take ownership of IT projects end-to-end, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) rollouts across departments, SaaS license tracking, and vendor onboarding
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and HR on compliance requirements — including GDPR and Israeli Privacy Law — and contribute to internal security initiatives such as penetration testing and DLP
- Manage vendor relationships: sourcing and comparing quotes, opening purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and coordinating installation schedules
- Keep our Jira ticketing system clean and current — resolving tickets within SLA targets and maintaining accountability against KPI metrics the team tracks weekly
- Contribute to IT process improvement: writing runbooks, producing internal guides, and identifying opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive tasks
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Hands-on experience with a device management platform such as JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and Okta or a similar SSO/IAM platform
- Comfortable supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux environments
- Experience with AV/conference room technology: cameras, mixers, microphones, and display systems
- Fluent Hebrew and solid working English (written and spoken) - the team is global, and you’ll communicate regularly across offices
- Strong documentation habits - you write things down, keep records accurate, and leave clear handoffs
- Ownership mindset: you follow up proactively, push for answers, and don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across IT, Legal, Security, Finance, and HR on concurrent projects
- Familiarity with a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) and accountability to resolution SLAs
Nice to have:
- Experience with NVIDIA DGX or other GPU compute infrastructure
- Active Directory, Proxmox, or enterprise networking fundamentals
- Exposure to RBAC implementation or IAM project rollouts
- Scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation and tooling tasks
- Understanding of GDPR or Israeli Privacy Law compliance requirements
Why UVeye:
- Pioneer Advanced Solutions: Harness cutting-edge technologies in AI, machine learning, and computer vision to revolutionize vehicle inspections.
- Drive Global Impact: Your innovations will play a crucial role in enhancing automotive safety and reliability, impacting lives and businesses worldwide.
- Career Growth Opportunities: Participate in a journey of rapid development, surrounded by groundbreaking advancements and strategic industry partnerships.
