Wisor- Financial Controller

Wisor.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the freight forwarding industry through AI-powered automation. We’re looking for a self-managed and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team. As the sole in-house financial professional, this role offers broad responsibilities and ownership over Wisor’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closing processes, working closely with an external Finance vendor.
Build and implement financial processes to streamline operations, such as automated invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Track and analyze ARR and other SaaS-specific metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and handle all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with external resources for tax, audit, and financial tasks.
Drive process improvements and contribute to the automation of financial operations.
Act as a key financial advisor, providing broad support across various financial areas due to the in-house nature of the role.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required.

Requirements:

CPA with Big 4 accounting firm experience in the high-tech/SaaS sector.
2+ years of post-internship experience in a SaaS company.
Proven knowledge of US GAAP and SaaS metrics.
Proficiency with Priority ERP is a must; Hubspot experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and independent work style.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
