About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our local Expansions team on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Leading regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing the necessary controls
Monitoring and managing compliance risks as operations scale locally
Promoting a proactive local culture of compliance
Providing guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements
Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with global standards
Proactively identifying regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actions

What you'll need

3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
A solid track record of achievement across diverse areas
Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
An excellent understanding of how compliance and business risks interact
To be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
