We are looking for a high-energy, driven Mobile Developer to join our organization!

What will you do?

As a Mobile Developer you will be responsible for building products and you will need to show the magic you can do:

- KEEP IT UPDATED: Make sure that whatever you do is documented and updated accordingly – there is nothing more annoying than documentation that is not up to date.

- TAKE THE STAND: Your opinion matters – say what’s in your head and don’t worry about it. At most, your idea will be shot down – but it will never be discarded. You value your opinion and initiative – and we’ll never stop you from voicing it out.

- BE A LEADER: Don’t be afraid to “show initiative” – in fact, take as many opportunities to show it. You’ve created something cool that you believe we should use, create a small demo and show us – we’ll always encourage it.

- BE A CONTRIBUTOR: As a company, Cloudonix was built on the values and ideals represented by the Open Source community. As such, we actively promote and contribute to multiple Open Source projects. If you’re an active contributor to an Open Source project, we’ll support your work and encourage it – tell us about us, maybe we’ll get excited about it.

Technical requirements:

- 2 years of experience with mobile development on Android with Java is a must-have.
- 1 year of experience with mobile development on Android with C or C++ is a must-have.

- Experience with mobile development on iOS in Objective-C will be highly desired.
- Experience with Linux/Unix development with C or C++ will be highly desired.

- Experience with Kotlin is a plus.

General requirements:

- You are fluent in English.
- Experience working in high-performance, strong cross-functional software development teams.
- Passion for pushing code live every day is a given.
- Able to take ownership of a project from spec to commercial roll-out.

Working hours:

You’ll need to adjust your schedule to the working hours of the tech team located in Israel daily between 10 am and 4 pm Israel time (check the time difference via the link). The rest of the working hours may be outside of this time frame, according to your preference. Also, the company will accommodate your local work holidays.

Business trips:

The team likes to gather in Israel once per half a year, so you need to have a passport that would allow you to enter Israel. The costs will be covered by the company, you just need to make sure that your country of citizenship is “friendly” with Israel and going there is not a problem for you.

Location restrictions:

For this vacancy, we are not ready to consider candidates physically located in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. However, citizens of those countries located in other countries are certainly welcome. Preference will be given to someone located between UTC+5 and UTC-5 time zones.

What we offer:

— Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday). For this vacancy, we will consider only the candidates with no other commitments like studies or plans to combine this job with another. We are looking for a full commitment and dedication.

— Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a laptop to work from, a great internet connection, and an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team in Israel.
