Vendor Scheduler and Import

Being the main focal point company for the delivery date and PO confirmation
PO executing after MRP run
Managing all the import deliveries for the synergy project
Managing the Synergy supplier A-Z from , PO till receiving an invoice is paid.
Overall responsibility for Synergy suppliers KPI’s such as OTD and Lead time to comply with the company's needs
Operating ongoing risk management and related mitigations
Maintaining the whole open POs backlog updated
ECO/EEN/Holds Synergy suppliers monitoring.
Reflect production expedite/postpone needs based on defined priorities.
Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures, receive general instruction and supervision on work progress, and make significant contributions to results.
Full project accountability from a tactical perspective and closing the loops.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is an advantage.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the purchasing department
Import course an advantage.
An ability to work under pressure with high performance and utilization.
Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multi-tasking.
High level of English, spoken and written.
ERP experience - Priority an advantage
Proficiency and experience in Excel and power point.
Ability and desire for rapid learning
Organized with a sense of urgency in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
