QA Automation Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on QA Automation Team Lead to guide a team of talented QA engineers, build scalable automation frameworks, and ensure the quality and performance of our game platforms in a dynamic, agile environment.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar).
Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience testing web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for games and gaming culture - a strong advantage.
Experience in the gaming industry - an advantage.
Experience with load/performance testing - bonus.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers and manual QA’s, providing both technical guidance and professional development.
Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
Define and enforce best practices in test automation, CI/CD, and software quality assurance.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA manual testers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
Analyze product requirements and translate them into detailed, effective, and reusable automated test cases.
Continuously monitor test coverage, quality metrics, and automation effectiveness.
Drive innovation in automation tools, technologies, and strategies.
Take ownership of the automation roadmap and ensure alignment with the overall QA strategy.
